Why We Built This Site
Public access in Indiana does not mean that every record can be viewed online. The Indiana Rules on Access to Court Records allow broad access while protecting records that are confidential, sealed, or restricted from remote display. Warren Circuit Court sets hearings and issues orders. Deb Hiatt, Clerk of the Warren County Circuit Court, maintains the local case record and provides certified copies. The statewide tools offer public search and calendar views. These pages put those separate routes in one clear reference without claiming custody of the records.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to Warren Circuit Court, the Warren County Clerk, an Indiana court, or a government agency. Its role has firm limits:
- We cannot issue a certified docket, order, or other court document
- We cannot alter, seal, remove, or correct a case entry
- We cannot obtain an official docket sheet or case file on a visitor's behalf
- We cannot give legal advice about a pending or completed matter
- We cannot set, continue, cancel, or confirm a hearing
- We cannot promise that a listed fee, setting, phone number, or procedure has not changed
An official or certified Warren County record must come from Warren Circuit Court or its Clerk. This site can identify that route but cannot supply the document.
Search Partners
Outside providers operate the search boxes shown on certain pages. Each provider controls its results, prices, data practices, and service terms. A paid registration reached through one of those tools may generate a referral payment that supports this site. We neither set the charge nor decide which records the provider returns.
